"The PR and Sponsoring Body is the newest and most exciting team of the Economics Forum. We handle promotions, talk to sponsors, and make every event look and feel big. If you enjoy being creative, speaking with people, or just want to learn how real-world outreach works, this is your space.

You’ll get to design, write, pitch, and connect with Sponsoring companies. It’s fun, it’s fast, and it’s full of learning. Since we’re just starting out, your ideas will shape what this team becomes. First year or final year, all are welcome. Join us and help make the Forum louder, stronger, and smarter."

Documentation

The Documentation Team is dedicated to capturing and preserving the journey of the association in a meaningful and organized way. From writing detailed Minutes of the Meeting (MOMs) that record key discussions and decisions, to taking photographs and videos that highlight the energy and essence of every event, the team ensures that no moment goes unnoticed. Each happening is carefully documented, compiled, and presented in a clear and creative manner, whether through reports, archives, or digital platforms. By framing these records thoughtfully, the Documentation Team not only keeps an accurate history of the association’s activities but also helps reflect its growth, spirit, and achievements for the community to see and remember.

Modern Society (ModSoc)is the student-led think tank and event collective of the Economics Forum at St. Joseph’s University. We bring fresh energy to academic life through creative discussions, pop culture-inspired events, and campus-wide experiences that make Economics feel alive, relevant, and exciting. Whether it’s curating debates, planning fests, or designing engaging formats that spark conversation, ModSoc blends intellect with vibe. We’re here to break the “boring econ” stereotype—one event at a time. If you’re curious, creative, and ready to make your mark on campus, this is your space to shine and build something unforgettable.

Every event, every campaign, every reel that makes you pause mid-scroll — that’s where we come in.

We’re the team behind the screens, turning ideas into impact. From Canva drafts to Instagram launches, the Social Media & Design Subcommittee shapes EcoForum’s voice and visual identity. Posters, reels, stories — we handle it all.

But it’s more than just content. It’s quick turnarounds, chaotic brainstorms, and the rush of pulling it off together — sometimes with hours to spare, always with style. If you can pitch ideas, adapt fast, and create content that connects — you’ll fit right in.

If you’ve got ideas, we’ve got a place for them.

APT (Academic Peer Tutoring) is an initiative under the Economics Forum of St. Joseph’s University that offers academic support in economics through a peer-to-peer tutoring system. It connects students with qualified student tutors to help them navigate their economics coursework in a comfortable, approachable environment. Whether you're seeking clarity or consistent guidance, APT is here to support your learning journey as an integral part of the Forum’s academic mission.

The Economic Gazette is not only the University’s very own student-led economics magazine, it’s so much more than that. It’s a creative space for writers, designers, and anyone curious about how the world really works. We explore everything from global trends to niche ideas, as long as there’s even a thread connecting it to economics. It’s fun, thought-provoking, and open to all curious minds. You don’t need to be an economics major, just someone curious about how the world works. If you believe economics is what keeps the world ticking, this is the perfect place for you to discover, contribute, and create!
